What a wonderful inspiring class in an intimate setting. Akemi was well prepared and had thought through content an every step (and there are a few :-) We were even reusing the bean pulp for delicious sweet and savory treats. Pure Zen, down to the last details like Szechuan pepper leaves for an authentic decoration on beautiful plates! I hope to join miso making class next- after being allowed to sample a few of Akemi‘s home made ones!

We learnt so much during the afternoon with Chef Saito and his team. Chef was patient, good humored and really passionate about sushi and all things Japan. We learnt some important sushi making skills in an interesting and interactive way, and got the opportunity to practice some key Japanese that will help us on our upcoming trip to Japan!
We had such a lovely afternoon. Many thanks Chef Saito and team!
